Cathlin Rossiter is a Senior Manager with the Fiduciary team at Genesis. Prior to joining Genesis in 2014, Cathlin worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Perth, Western Australia before moving to the Cayman Islands to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance & Recovery (Cayman) Limited in 2002. During this time Cathlin worked within the finance, restructuring and liquidations field.
Cathlin has over 20 years’ experience in the restructuring and finance industries including hedge funds, special purpose vehicles, private equity, cross-border transactions, forensic investigations, complex fund and corporate restructuring.
Cathlin has considerable experience working with fund managers across the full range of alternative investment strategies. She has a comprehensive understanding of the accounting, legal, compliance and regulatory issues impacting the alternative investment management industry.
Cathlin is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, founding Chair of the Cayman Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.
