Cathlin Rossiter joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in April 2014. Cathlin has over 17 years’ experience across a broad spectrum of industries and countries, specialising in cross-border transactions, forensic investigations, complex fund and corporate structures.
Cathlin has considerable experience working with fund managers across the full range of alternative investment strategies. She has a deep understanding of the accounting, legal, compliance and regulatory issues impacting the alternative investment management industry.
Prior to joining Genesis, Cathlin worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Perth, Western Australia before moving to the Cayman Islands to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance & Recovery (Cayman) Limited in 2002.
Cathlin is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, founding Chair of the Cayman Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.
