A Cayman Private Trust Company (CPTC") can be owned by a Cayman STAR trust, its purpose being the ownership of the CPTC's shares and ensuring that the CPTC carries out the function for which is was created. This structure offers convenient and effective estate planning, a way to pass on to the next generation, control of the family wealth and/or businesses.

Genesis Trust can act as the Trustee of the STAR trust and can also offer administration and accounting services to the structure. We can also act as the CPTC's administrator and authorised agent.
