J. Paul Drake qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England in 1995. Paul worked for KPMG Cayman Islands from 1997 to 2004. During this time Mr. Drake oversaw a comprehensive range of services and specialised in cross-border transactions involving the utilization of complex structures. Mr. Drake also managed the provision of directorial and trustee services. In 2004, Mr. Drake successfully orchestrated a management buyout of Genesis Trust. Since its separation from KPMG, Genesis Trust has grown significantly and, in doing so, has expanded the range of services offered.

Mr. Drake is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. Mr. Drake is also a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.

Roger Priaulx qualified as a solicitor in 1998 whilst working at Linklaters in London. He was seconded to Linklaters, Hong Kong, from 2001 to 2003 and was appointed managing associate in 2002.. In 2003, he joined Walkers in the Cayman Islands and was admitted as an attorney of the Cayman Islands. Whilst at Walkers, Mr. Priaulx advised on fiduciary matters, including both fund and trust structures, and represented clients before the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

In 2005, Mr. Priaulx joined Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited, a subsidiary of Close Brothers Group plc, as in house counsel and he was appointed a director in 2007. In addition to his responsibilities to Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited, he also acted as a director on Cayman domiciled funds and as a director on private trust companies. He joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in May 2010 as a director. Mr. Priaulx is responsible for the management and administration of the director and trustee services provided by Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. Mr. Priaulx was elected to the Cayman Islands STEP Council in June 2010.

Edel Andersen joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in June 2011 as a Senior Manager. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland (F.C.C.A), a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a Certificate in Mutual Fund Services from the Institute of Bankers and Dublin Funds Industry Association, Ireland. She has 16 years experience in the Financial Services Industry.

In November 1997, Edel moved from Mellon Fund Administration, Ireland, to join PwC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), Grand Cayman, as a client accountant in their Corporate Services Department, until she was promoted to manager in June 1999. In October 2001 Edel joined Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited, a subsidiary of Close Brothers Group, plc. as a manager.

Whilst Edel manages many trust and corporate clients, she now specialises in the provision of fund services to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, whose structures include hedge and private equity funds, unit trusts, private trust companies and special purpose vehicles.

Edel currently provides directorial services to clients both in her own name and through corporate entities. She is responsible for ensuring all fiduciary and regulatory requirements are met. She is also closely involved in client acceptance and compliance matters.

Alexander Bullmore qualified as a Chartered Secretary in England in 2003. He started working at KPMG in the Cayman Islands in 2003 and remained with them until the separation of Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in 2003. Mr Bullmore is a Manager in the corporate department of Genesis Trust. Mr Bullmore is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Luana Guilfoyle qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 while working at KPMG in Edmonton, Canada. In 2004, Mrs. Guilfoyle moved to Tortola, British Virgin Islands, where she joined Deloitte. After moving to the Cayman Islands in 2005, she took up the position of Group Manager with Admiral Administration Ltd., a large mutual fund administration company in the Cayman Islands. At Admiral Administration Ltd., Mrs. Guilfoyle was responsible for managing strategic relationships for its larger hedge fund clients.

In 2007, Mrs. Guilfoyle joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. and took responsibility for heading up Genesis Fund Services Ltd., the investment services department, which includes the provision of directorial and trustee services to funds. Mrs. Guilfoyle is also responsible for the management and administration of companies providing investment management services to funds.

Nathalie O'Connor has lived in Grand Cayman since 1993 and is originally from Dublin, Ireland. She joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in 2005 as Office Manager. Mrs. O'Connor now acts as the Financial Controller and is also responsible for overseeing all of the Company's administrative activities.

Mrs. Yacyshyn qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada in 2007. She relocated to Cayman in June 2007 working for Fortis Prime Fund Solutions as a Senior Fund Accountant and later as an Account Manager. She joined Genesis Trust & Corporate Services Ltd. in October 2009 as a Senior Accountant. Mrs. Yacyshyn is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.
